The bazaar works with artisans who are Burmese refugees, Afghan refugees, Nepalese co-ops, Moroccan villages, Peace Corps groups in Africa. Alsadu, a Green America member, supports fairly traded items that are handmade, from sustainable and green materials. Alsadu refuses any product made with child labor and that does not provide a living wage nor provide safe and health living conditions for their workers.
